I'm the heaviest I've been as well (well apart from when preggers!) so I'm on a mission as of today. I used to be so motivated pre baby and could really stick to a diet and exercise plan but now I give up so easily! The icing on the cake for me was buying the next size up clothes at the weekend which was too depressing for words
