firstly just to say a massive thank you to all the girls that put me in touch with candy at ibiza wedding shop!
she is a life saver and down to her passing my details to correct people and helping me out i now have a confirmed wedding date ! wahoooooo
since the last thread i have been told by Thomson that i prob won't get my date as i didn't put dates in for my wedding till the end of june , even tho i booked 1st week of may and the shop had messed up everyone just passed the book and decided to not reply to me or if they did everyone contradicted each other.
Then offered me a 1pm wedding rather than sunset which i agreed to … to then be told i have to wait 8 weeks to see if i can have it !!!!! something they offered to me! had hell with the shop as they refuse to update me even tho a few weeks ago i had around 50 people going to ibiza to a wedding that didn't exist because they refused to tell me they had messed up.
anyway i can rant about how utterly hopeless and frustrating Thomson are alllllll day but now i have a new problem.
i have payed for my wedding ceremony already so unable to just swap to candy (ibiza wedding co ) to deal direct , as she's under contract with Thomson she's not allowed to just deal direct with me till november.
due to the total F up by Thomson my partner and i have decided to take a 2 day trip to ibiza to view possible locations and prices for our food and party… as waiting till november for thomson to sort out is a no go ! because it will only give me 6 months to sort out the mess they are going to make with that . (high hopes i know)
only problem is there are 3 options a cruise …. ( no go as we have some children)
beach reception…
and a reception in san antonio...
now i would like the locations or venues or address of the beach and san antonio options if anyone has been to these places or been given the information. so if any one has it you would be a life saver!!!! i have asked thomson about **** times to which they reply leave it with me and ill ring you .
any other locations to look at would be amazing too please !
we go next week so I'm running out of time to wait for Thomson reply, I'm not after a formal sit down meal ,would rather a bbq or buffet and some music
