I'd like to do something new with carrots - any suggestions..

..gratefully recieved. Normally for a roast I would either do them with cumin and garlic or star anis, garlic and a little brown sugar.

What do you do wih yours? (it's to go with roast beef)

    My absoult favourites are boiled then tossed with butter and honey, Eucaliptus honey is the best if you have it but other than that any honey works, it's now become my go to poorly food honey carrotts and mashed potatoes!

    Yeah honey is a good one. We have them drizzelled with honey and roasted with the parsnips at christmas.

    Boil them in a 50:50 mix of fresh OJ and water and serve with a bit of butter and honey drizzled through?
