Tears, eyeliner and mascara here too ? So far 2009 it looking to be a hell of a lot worse than 2008.

Ah FFS! Think it happens a good bit.

Other mate's been in a car crash... Bizarre. He's a lifeboat man, on a shout, reveller hit him. And...... Exactly the same thing happened last NYE. No joke.

On the brightside, it's gotta get better from here.

New Year does seem to lead to tears / trauma very often - normally me it has to be said.

This year I just can't sleep due to that bizarre pregnancy nesting instinct that has forced me to clean out & rearrange my kitchen for the last 5 hours - woo hoo, what an exciting life I lead !

I usually work.

Next year.... I'll do something voluntary if there's no paid jobs on the go.

But hey, it could be worse.

I normally work too - normally early on New Year's Day but then that gives me an excuse to ignore the whole forced "you will enjoy yourselves" New Years Eve celebrations. I always have this bizarre urge to be stopped by the police when driving to work at 0500 to be breathalyzed - I'm an odd creature.
