Many congratulations on your recent wedding - when did you get married? Your dress looks beautiful by the way and I love the colour of the BM. Your flowergirls look adorable too! Did you get married at the Newton Park by any chance just the background looks familiar just had to ask! I had my reception there almost 2 years ago now (Feb 08).

Awww thanks for your comments ladies i have to say all my dress wobbles etc were unfounded i felt a million dollars. And i am incrediby happy and not stressed at all, the fabulous maldives helped with that too.

videogal - yes it was Newton Park, they were fantastic are you a burton girl too?

sarah - yes it is a lace up back, all the bridesmaids had lace up backs too and the little ivory ones i swapped there ivory ribbon for midnight blue to match mine, here is a pic

Hi almost but I'm really an Ashby girl tbh but have spent most of my life living on the outskirts of Burton. I totally agree with what you said about the Newton Park - we couldn't fault them - it was perfect couldn't have asked for anything better accept for their bar prices!! lol.

I will look forward to reading the full report....BTW lovely honeymoon destination and you missed all the January snow!
