    You're doing fantastically well!

I seriously think you should bring out ELMM as a book. There might be a simple formula behind it but if diet books where you eat cabbage for a month sell, then this should fly off the shelves.

I started your approach 3 weeks ago, but could maybe do with the updated "Eat Even Less, Move Much More" because I've only lost 2 pounds.

Unfortunately the one problem with ELMM is that it's NOT a quick fix. It's taken me all year to lose half a stone ? I was considering taking a nailfile to my arse at one point as it would have got rid of the lard faster.

Well done on another stone, Baron. I was telling loml about it last night and you are his diet nemesis - he is madly envious. He says he's going to run the Brum HM wearing a t-shirt saying "Barongreenback is a fu[cking cunt" ?

? Tell him I'm running with a gurning photo of Dave the Chameleon on my back ?

Sophie makes an excellent point - I've only lost weight at the rate I have as I was so massively overweight and I've really been exercising hard. My weight loss has now slowed to a couple of pounds a week maximum now that I'm a couple of stone overweight.

well done baron, 7 stone is amazing! i'm only over here as i'm bored and the boards are sloooooow but i'm liking the sound of ELMM, dieting needs some sensible advice in amongst all the rubbish.

Thanks again all. The mathematicians amongst you may have worked out that's awfully close to the 100lb loss mark, which I achieved today. Woo! Now I'm off to get completely trashed all weekend at a stag do. I did get in a 5 mile run last night now, so I moved a lot more in anticipation of drinking a lot more ?

    Bloody Well Done

100lb is amazing. You really are an inspiration and I'm proud to be following the ELMM plan.

(And the talk of the 5 mile run has been the final kick I need to start the running plan we spoke about. I have my running shoes, I've no excuses. I'm off as soon as my H gets up and takes over with the girls)

    HAve a great weekend

When do we get to see photos? You must look so different now, never mind the health benefits you must have achieved.

Well, my goal is 200lb and I'm currently 213lb, so I promise photos by the end of October whether I hit that goal or not. I'm also 5lb overweight now so not long until I hit that magic 25 BMI (my body fat is actually normal now according to my scales but I like the target ?).
