Just enjoy it as nothing and I mean nothing will prepare you for how quick the day goes - dont get drunk - I had a few glasses of wine but I felt greta wakingup the following morning with no hangover and all the memories were fresh in my head.

I think just relax and take in as much as possible!

Are you organised? Has everything that needs paying been paid or organised to be paid on day/after? Is everything arranged/list done to ensure things run smoothly?

Basically, on run up to our big day, we made sure we'd confirmed everything/finalised arrangements, had hair cuts, nails done, picked suits up, my husband took items to day and evening venues the day before (ie. cd for meal, place name cards, crystals for tables, favours, decor separate to/on top of what the venue were using, etc), our overnight case got dropped off at the hotel the day before the wedding for our stay on our wedding night. We then made sure we were on top of things at home and were nearly ready with our honeymoon packing so that we could sit back on the friday evening and enjoy ourselves! One tip for the night before would be to not drink too much (if anything), i arranged a pamper session & having my nails done on the friday evening as i knew by that point i'd have everything done and i could then sit and be pampered without then doing any jobs round the house. Had a lovely girly chat while we were at it to keep me busy from worrying about any last minute things that i would imagine going wrong!

As much as you'll not want to be up too early, it is hard to stay in bed to long on the morning ! I think i woke about 6am (never usually up that early without an alarm!) but laid in bed relaxing til 7 and then had a leisurely breakfast. I found to begin with it all felt far too relaxed, but there does come a point where it does all come together and you need everything ready/done at once!! Personally, i enjoyed having some time in the morning with just me and my daughter before any family, flowers, make up girl, etc, arrived (cos once people start arriving, that's it - it all flys by then with all the getting ready and excitement).

Hope you have a great day !!

Enjoy it..love every single moment of the day..remember all the planning and organising you've done, have confidence in the knowledge that you've planned everything to how you want it and believe that eveything will go according to plan, and if it doesn't, then does it really matter? at the end of the day, it's about you, your h2b and your children, nothinh else matters...

as for nerves..I can't help you there..I p****d my sides the whole way through, I mean uncontrollable laughter, then tears whenever I looked at one of the registrars..I laugh always when I'm nervous and my wedding day was no different..but did it matter?not at all..

    but enjoy it!!

Good luck and look forward to seeing your report..xxx

Enjoy your day - dont worry about the little things, and make sure you take time on the day to actually talk to your husband!

    Have an excellent day xxx

Just absolutely enjoy every moment and don't worry about a thing. I think I worried far too much on my big day about everything! I tried not to but am a worrier, and it's something I regret about the day. Have fun and enjoy every moment.

I used rescue remedy spray which I think helps me when I'm nervous about flying but don't think it did much on the morning of my wedding, just made me extreeeemely thirsty!!

Don't be in a rush to get ready, allow plenty of time to enjoy your morning. I got up very early and the morning flew by, before I knew it I was getting my dress on ready to leave for the ceremony!

    Enjoy!!! Not long now!
