I'm in shock! Points in some fish!

Gryfon, 29 May, 2009 at 13:17 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 6

Had a piece of fish last night for tea, just worked out the points...30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for all the exclamation points but that's shocking! However I did go out for Gaelic football training for about 90 minutes so I think that's at least 9 points of exercise.

None of that fish for me again!

What fish was that? Seems rather a lot(understatement I think!!) I always thought fish was quite low unless its covered in batter. Actually isn't fish in batter lower than 30!

Well it was a jumbo battered haddock from Iceland ? We got to scraping the freezer for whatever was in there for food last night.

Now I thought maybe 10 or 15 points, but never 30! I have tripple checked it as well ?

Only seemed as big as a fish and chip shop fish and it was oven baked.

Ok says here per fillet 1503kcal and 6.9g sat fat. It was very nice though ?
