Hi Girls,

My name is Amy and im 25 in Nov. My FH (correct?) asked me to marry him in Aug of this year. We are planning for Sept 2012 but it all comes down to money saved. TBH it may be the year after, but as a true bride to be, i have planned/picked out most things for our wedding.

So i'm just introducing myself to you all, and hope that i can gain some wonderful insights to the world of wedding planning Smiley smile

    Firstly, thanks for the welcome messages Smiley smile much appreciated.

    So far, we have decided for a purple theme. We want to get married in The New Forest as i'm originally from Southampton but we both currently live in Cyprus Smiley smile

    Planning a wedding with no fixed date is rather hard! but im getting there. I have got my dress choice down to 2 - opps! got the BMs dresses and FG dress picked out but cant buy until nearer the time as BMs insist on them loosing weight (i dont agree i think they;re pefect the way they are), and shoes bought for BMs.

    That's about it!

    Yes we have a choice of 2. As FH works away im waiting for him to come home and look and hopefully make a decision!
