    I think he's made the hardest step right there. It can't be an easy thing to do, to admit you might need counselling, so lots of positive vibes for him ?

    As you say just going was a big step. I know it's hard but you need to be supportive without being pushy - fingers crossed it all goes well.

    Peaches - I meant that something simple like asking is he going again could be taken the wrong way - hence why it's hard. You've been waay more patient and understanding with all of this than I could have been.

    Mr S has recently started counselling too, after the first session he could even see THEN how it would benefit him ?

    Now we're just waiting for him to start group, and take it from there.
