So I got engaged on April fools day this year, and the wedding is booked for 11th June 2011.
So far I've: booked the church, booked the wedding breakfast and reception venues (separate), booked caterers, booked DJ, my dad/BM's OH is doing photography between them, OH's Aunt doing the flowers, OH's sister (and BM) is doing the cake, friend has a nice BMW so going to ask him to drive us to the church/reception and be the toastmaster, going to order my dress on Saturday (yay!), friend doing filming on the day, friend doing hair - oh and booked the honeymoon! How could I forget that!
So anyway, according to my wedding planner thingy I've done everything I need to do with 12 months to go. The next stage in the planner is 9-3months and thats September-March. BM dresses going to wait until September to get as one of my BM's is travelling until then anyway. Plus, we dont have any pennies to start buying anything until then. E.g. accessories, shoes, favours etc. So I dont have much going on and I feel a bit down about it. I do still have hitched to keep me going but I guess I want to be doing weddingy things constantly!
A bit of a pointless post really, but I guess I was just wondering if I'm the only one in this in-between lull stage?
