Inexpensive evening food tip

Hi

My son got married on 2nd June and for the evening we hired an authentic pizza oven. Basically they come and set up the oven and cook pizzas to order with whatever toppings your guest request and the bride and groom get to design their own wedding pizza.

They are all made fresh from quality ingredients and taste fab!! We had them from 8 til 11.30 and we got a package which included 120 6" pizzas for £350

All the staff were lovely and wore uniform and were very professional. It went down a STORM

Ours was called Maxines Mobile Pizzas

    No problem, was nice to have something hot. forgot to say she supplied large bowls of salad too and didnt mind if we wanted to add coleslaw etc ourselves

    What an awesome tip! Having just come back from a friends wedding, am in full wedding thinking mode and while we've not set a date or found a venue yet, we want something low key and fun and this would be great - although my favourite idea yesterday was mobile paella catering!!! Maxine's website and ethos looks great, shame she's so far away Smiley sad

    What a fantastic idea! I'm unsure as to whether our venue would allow an outside caterers in for something like this but I definatley prefer this to £1500 for a hogroast!!!

    Yes a big saving and suits all ages including vegetarians our guests loved it, good talking point too

    my son chose Flaming Hot Labido as their wedding topping!!!!! ?

    I think they can be got cheaper, this is just what it would be at our venue for 100 people... It's based on £14.50 per person!!!!
