Inspiration

Sorry I can't help as I think I got most of my inspiration from google and wedding magazines.

By the time we get married we will of been planning it for 10 months, and I have changed my colour scheme three times! Do you have a favourite flower that you could start with, and that way you could look up ideas for centre pieces and bouquets?

Sometimes, it can all bit a bit overwhelming choosing colours and flowers and there are so many photos on Pinterest that it can get mind boggling! Easiest way is to start two lists, likes and don't wants. One for flowers, one for colours. Then when you have discounted all the colours and flowers you don't like or want, it's easier to narrow the search down and then you can sort it into which colours/flowers will go with your theme if you're having one.. Have a look at real life wedding photos too. You can find these on Hitched both in the Wedding Reports Central thread and the main site section. There's also lots of flower ideas on the Hitched Main pages too. If you would like some ideas of different styles of bouquets, feel free to have a look on my website, link below, although mine are all artficial flowers but can easily be made in fresh by your florist. When picking flowers, it's also worth remembering that they should compliment your dress and body shape too.

I have used google alot, Pinterest too. Have you found a dress yet? Perhaps when you find your dress it will inspire you. My dress certainly has. Do you or your partner have any hobbies or interests that you could incorporate into your day?

I went on google images and searched "weddings." I first picked my colour, purple... then went from there. Next i would google "purple wedding" "purple wedding centre pieces" and just keep googling.

I suppose it's easier because i've gone for colour scheme rather than themes.

Picture you in your dress on a glorious sunny day, what colour is your bridesmaid wearing? What is your H2B wearing? Picture yourself walking through your gorgeous venue with bridesmaids in tow, what are they wearing??

First off, check with the venue to see what they provide and from there have a look at professional venue decorators websites to see their galleries. I've done a quick search and found some of these which will hopefully give you some inspiration! I'm not suggesting you have to get a pro in, some of that stuff you can DIY yourself but their sites will help with ideas:

I would also suggest creating boards on pinterest and 'pinning' some of your ideas so you can refer back to them later. A lot of the hitchers on here have pinterest boards so have a look through theirs as well for inspiration.
