Inspiration needed for wedding favors!

Well are you dead set on having favours at all? There's nothing wrong with not having any, especially if the money is better spent elsewhere?

Well not dead set, but I do feel a little bit out of order that I can't afford to pay for all the food, drinks and hire a venue/DJ etc.

Just wanted to give a little something back as a thank you.

Why not put the money behind the bar instead, or give everyone a token or something to allow them one free drink instead? It'd probably work out the same price as favours once you have factored in the boxes for them etc.

If I were a guest and paying for my own meal then I would prefer that to something a lot of people might just leave behind. I can see why you want them but people obviously understand the situation you are in (or else they wouldn't have agreed to pay for their own meal) so I don't think anything is needed.

I was stuck on what to get the men as favours for my wedding and when i mentioned it to my mum she said you dont need to do them. If you think about it men arent as sentimental as us women so keep sakes arent really for them.

If you do really want to get something then ebay is a great place for favours

I think what I'll do then is pay the first round at the pub, and just give out favors to the ladies.
There's only going to be about 20 of them, and I already found some lovey green & gold Organza bags on eBay which are 99p for 25!
Won't cost a lot for some little soaps and chocolates! Sorted.
