Into points overdraft after a pig-out day - does anyone know about 18 points kick-start?

When I did WW years ago there was a kick-start option that allowed you to stick to 18 points for a week or two. I was thinking of doing this for the rest of the week as I've blown my points today, quite badly. On the WW site the only kick start plan I can find is a series of set menus and that really doesn't suit me - does anyone know if I can set my online tracker to 18 or do I just have to stay under points for a few days? ?

    Hi

Yes you can stick to 18 points per day for up to two weeks. Best trying to stay to healthy filling food that are low in points cos otherwise you won't be full - I am probably stating the obvious - sorry ?

    Hope this helps

i think you can only reset the tracker if you put in a lower weight or if you adjust it on the profile quiz - but would have to lie a bit iyswim put the points in that you have had - even if it feels awful then just stick to what you need to till you have banked enough to make up the deficit - remember to do plenty of walks etc to get your max extra activity points and make the rest of the week less painfull when i did it 3 years ago the big thing was wendie plan - so you could have a pig out then cut right back - working on the theory that you would fuel the metabolic fire with a big bunch of calories then let it burn out the leetle bits of calories on subsequent days resulting in huge weightloss prolly a load of cobblers but did seem to work for me as i used to stick to about 18 points except for fri and sat when i would scarf my bodyweight in chinese roast duck sure it wont be as bad as you think
