Invitation Advice

Tricky one as if I was going to a wedding and didn't know the area, I'd think I'd got to the wrong hotel if it was called something else by next year.

Is there any way you could warn people about this, perhaps sending some further information after you've got RSVPs or just letting people know verbally? Obviously might be more tricky if you've having a mahoosive 200 people wedding than if you've just having close family & friends that you see all the time.

Could you just send a little slip of paper with the invites notifying them of the change?

Little slip or business card type card (like from vista print) to add in explaining the name change.

We've had the same problem, except our invites have already been sen out. In your case I'd agree with just adding an insert though. Which Ramada/ Mercure are you getting married at out of interest? We're at the Leeds Parkway.

We are getting married at the Parkway too

I think it may be best to include a little slip. It is only a small wedding so mainly family who know about the change in name and a few close friends.
