Have got directions, nearest airport/train station, website, nearby hotels, taxi numbers, child policy, dress code (none, being smartie pants).

Something obvious I've forgotten?

    Not doing gift list (at least not in invitations) and dietary requirements on RSVP. What do you think about an approx order of the day, to let people know how many dinners they are getting and rough timings...?

    I wudnt put order the day on it- as things could change- i would leave that for the order of the day on the day

    have you got space for ppl to put a message on the rsvp if they want

    i think you have got everything

    Thanks, slightly worried as have just received an invitation with 2 A4 pages of extra info!!!?!! Do people want to know what tourist attractions are nearby? Smiley smile

    We mentioned about confetti being allowed at the church but biodegradable only, that dinner won't be served till late afternoon so have a big breakfast, best time to check in, arrival at 12.15 for 12.30 cerremony...

    Ooh, confetti, good. What constitutes "late afternoon"? We are married at 2 and eating at 5, people won't be hungry, will they? (canapes etc served). Might do the "1:45 pm for 2 pm ceremony".

    We are getting married at 12.30, dinner at 3.30-4 - no canapes for our lot!

    I want everyone inside by 12.15 so I can safely arrive without being seen!

    Smart pants, ho ho ho!

    Confetti advice would be good, although we didn't put that on ours and I don't suppose it really matters hugely unless your venue DOES have a specific policy e.g. must be the biodegradable stuff.

    I really wish I'd asked people for their email addresses so we could send updates/extra info if necessary.

    Cant think of anything you have forgotten.. we put dress code in just put no jeans cause i no someone who wore jeans to a wedding and i think its awful for the photos..
