No gifts as such but I am going to treat them to some bubbles on the night we go out.

The last hen I was on we all got a little gift bag with earrings, some sweets and a pair of pants!

I'm doing a similar thing, with Body Shop lip balms, false eyelashes, bath bombs, and maybe hand lotion or something.

I wouldn't expect a gift though if I was invited to a hen night.

I'm paying for some beauticians to come round to mine (where we are all getting ready for night out) for a couple of hours to give my hens free manis/ pedis.

I dont think hens expect anything, but if people support you its always nice to give something back to them.

I'm not. I am paying for my contribution to the hen weekend though. Am also planning on buying some bubbly!

My best friend did when i organised hers... it was all something little and fun like badges or i got a book of Yorkshire sayings as i'm from the midlands but she from up north!!

Tho as you are the hen and they are your chicks have you considered getting the wind up chicks esp as its Easter time so there loads about and then one game could be who your best chick.. wind them up and the first over the finishing line wins a pressie?? Or make silly name tags for each chick and give out

I haven't known any brides to do it for their hens. I have been a bridesmaid twice and both times I have made goody bags for all of the hens.

I don't think I will be. I think my bridesmaids are arranging all of that.

I was feeling generous so made goody bags for mine - as well as the usual tiaras and wands they also had mini body shop shower gel and moisturiser (they were reduced) and a biscuit in the shape of a dress/shoe/lipstick/bag.
