Is anyone going to try and do their own flowers?

Me! I am! *waves hand around*. I'm planning to do them all - centre pieces, bouquets, buttonholes etc. I did used to work in a florists as my Saturday job when I was at school though so I do have some experience. X

Kind of...my sister is doing them for me and I'll be helping her. We got some flowers last week and tried it with the floristry tape and ribbon and it seemed perfectly fine. I didn't want anything majorly fussy, so I suppose that helped. Have you had a look at the tutorials that you can find on-line? Some of the videos are really helpful.

I have ordered artificial calla lilies from ebay, but Im going to try painting the stamens a different colour!

I think Im either a genius or completely not thinking what Im doing?

If it all goes hideously wrong, I will order another bouquet, it was a bargain find!
