Does anyone compile a list?

I need to be super organised this time and pack only what I need and not what I think I need!!

I am going tomorrow and I haven't packed a single thing yet - haven't even bought a case to put stuff in so if anyone has any useful lists/advice etc to make my get my backside in gear and actually do something I would be very very grateful!

I always have a list! Can't cope without a list or I'm very liable to forget something.

I'm thinking about printing off my camping checklist later and make sure we have everything on there, although we don't go for 3 weeks. I also have clothes lists for each person (I can now give A and B their lists and send them to find everything), then I have a general list for money, camera etc.

My lists have evolved over the years. Oh and I also have one of things I need to remember to do before we leave ?
