There is a downfall though, I initially wanted a dark blue border around the text but as office printer is b+w obviously it wont work, so shall i just do them all black? i don't suppose it makes much of a difference.

Hell yes, print them off! But only if you're not too bothered about the black, I personally wouldn't notice!

...ah, now you see because I'm uber anal about colours and things I would say it would make a difference but as we haven;t seen the whole invitiation it would be hard to comment... what are they like?

50 sheets of black toner will not set your company back much and it will save you a lot of trouble.

I've solved the problem, they have blue and silver on them, so I've set the border as grey and when it prints on the paper it looks silver due to the sheen of the paper. I'm quite impressed with my creativity. I shall post a pic in a sec if I can, think i've posted one before but not sure. Thanks for your help!

I sneakly printed all mine on the work printer! Hee hee! All 60 sheets!

Only do it if your happy with the black though... ? Can you get someone else to sneaky print them on a printer that doesnt smudge but does so blue?

My works printer has happily printed out a fair few hundred rsvp envelopes etc for the invites I make. Although in all fairness I now do have my own laser printer but still use theres occasionally although my boss does not mind too much.
