Is it really that warm outside today?

Well I was in shorts and a vest-top yesterday in the garden but I'm not sure about today. Hang on, I'll pop out the back door .... I think a bikini is just do-able. Bright sunshine here, no clouds and barely a breeze.

I'm off out with Poochanna later but think I might wear more than that! ?

Maybe she comes from a very cold country??

We were like this yesterday, we couldn't believe how many people were in the sea in bikini's at Polzeath, it was warm but not that warm, even in a wetsuit I was cool.

Maybe if you're in the Caribbean but not here in Oxford. This morning I acknowledged the warmer temperature by not fastening my coat, I think that's sufficient for now.

Yes if you're in a bit of a sun trap. There is a cold breeze but otherwise its a bootiful day.

I'm in Bedford and it's really warm in my back garden but not quite chilly at the front of my house. Strange ?

I've managed to put on my open toed sandals today for work and a summer skirt. Making the most of it before the weather turns to poo again which it is supposed to do by Wednesday. I'm going to sit out in the sun at lunchtime but won't be putting on a bikini ?

Good point - I think she's Polish, so perhaps 17 degrees in west London is like the Caribbean to her ?

My own nod to the sunshine is to revert from Billows to flip-flops. All other attire remains the same.

It's warm but not that warm! I've ditched the pop socks today, wow.

Well it's beautifully sunny here at the moment (though cloud and a chance of a shower is forecast for this afternoon). I've gone as far as a short sleeved shirt and my summer jacket instead of my usual rain mac - though having since heard the forecast i'm starting to think twice about ditching the mac!

Also have office window open to let fresh air in.

So what exactly happens if we cast a clout before May is out?! ?

Were I to venture into town I am sure that The Jeremy Kyle Massive would be circling the Arndale in tight vests and shorts. It isn't pleasant.

It's very hot in my garden today. i've had to come in as I was getting a headache. Mind you, I'm also 8mths pregnant so perhaps having some heating-for-two effect going on.

I sat out at the back of the office at lunchtime and really caught the sun on my arms and legs. I was only sat there for 15 mins. Its warmer outside than it is sat here now. Roll on tea time I may get to sit out at home for a while.

There was a guy in town at lunchtime with no shirt on. Its definitely not that warm and walking round a City Centre, its not nice. Keep it for the garden and hols lads. ?

It's super warm here today (E. Lancs) and I too had to come inside because I was too hot but being pregnant I'm probably a few degrees warmer than most! In a sun trap I could manage a bikini, although given my current hairyness it wouldn't be fair on anyone setting eyes on me ?

Yes it is that warm here(Derbyshire) and I have sat out in my bikini all afternoon,covered in factor 20 and have had to come in because im starting to burn.

I was just considering putting some shorts on and sticking a thinner t-shirt on as I'm baking outside. However I'm not sure I'm brave enough to show my white legs to the world yet ? And knowing my luck I'll do that and clouds will appear from nowhere!

We have been in the heated outdoor pool at the gym today & sat outside for lunch in swimwear. It was 19'c on the temp thing in the car.

Well, the au pair is still out there, albeit with her top back on. She's had a very exhausting day in the sunshine - scorchio!

Its been gorgeous in Tyne and Wear yesterday and today which makes a change! Infact today seemed hotter than yesterday. I burnt quite bad wearing factor 30 and had to cover up. Definitely bikini weather in a sheltered garden. Floaty strappy dress weather outside without a problem. Bet it doesnt last...
