Okay so we are about to pay our deposit on a venue we have fallen in love with, but being quite a youngish couple (24 and 25) we havnt got much experience on the wedding front! So I just wanted to ask you guys if this seems like a good deal to you!
We would have the ceremony and reception both at the lowry theatre - but in two seperate rooms, and a private bar in between the ceremony and breakfast (see pics!)
This is based on 60 people in the day, and 100 at night...
Room hire for both rooms £950
Daytime menu £29.00 per head for 3 courses and coffee/chocolates (we picked the middle priced option as it looks yummiest!)
Evening buffet £14.00 per head (spanish style, olives, pitta, dips, wedges, salads etc...)
No set drinks package, we budgeted around £600 for reception, meal and champagne toast
Includes table linen, napkins and tea lights, fairy lights on ceiling and toast master.
Total comes to around £4,500 for all of that - is that good???? please help!
Actual venue - the lowry theatre, Manchester
ceremony room overlooking water at the quays
The wedding breakfast/reception room, which is round with a balcony bordering the whole room ?
