I'm having a terrible day.

  • We have a leak in our house but noone can come and fix it because they are all off for 2 weeks
  • I stubbed my toe twice this morning and it's still throbbing
  • I'm going on holidays at the end of the week but have NO money as I was due commission over night which hasn't been paid so I have a total of £0 to bring with me now and nothing in to pay the bills I have so don't know what on earth to do
  • Very few of the holiday clothes I boguht fit because I forgot I'd put on so much weight and didn't try them on first
  • My new shoes don't look like they'll be here today either

    Mines a bad day!

    * Have spent the day ironing and my back is now killing

    * I still have ironing to do

    * I had to wake my daughter up early from her nap to take some football kit to my H at work so she is now grumpy

    * I am fed up of the house being such a mess.

    * Whilst I was doing the ironing my kids managed to find 2 packets of wet wipes and empty the lot!

The one good thing is that my children now have clean, un-creased clothes in their wardrobes/drawers!

I have been a bit disheartened about work lately but have had 2 serious non time waster enquiries everyday this week so far!
    So happy happy happy here

On the downside I have an ongoing Ebay Dilemma

Pretty bad day here too, but has good bits thrown in (and some slightly scary bits)

? I nearly got taken out this morning on my way to work, 50mph road completely clear in front of me and a lorry pulls out just as I get to him causing me to slam on my brakes (and no I didnt see him as it was on a slight bend) - scary bit

? Im on day two of my new job and its great only having a 20 minute journey instead of over an hour - good bit

[:'(] Said new job is now causing me serious stress as I met my new manager today for the first time and the first thing she said to me (after hello, how am I doing) was 'the project you were taken on for has now been cancelled due to the announcement made on thursday (the company I work for have decided to close down the site I have just transferred to in about 2011, so the morale is cack), so the people you were bought in to cover will now be staying on site, though some of them may decide to take a secondment to another site to carry on the project. If they stay on site, I will be able to give you a months notice but I advise you to look for a job elsewhere' Great not what I want to hear on my 2nd day - very cack bit

? I get married in 10 days and there is still loads to do - scary bit

? I phone my employment agency when I get out of work and tell them the job news above and they are seriously not happy with the company, they were going to be phoning HR to have a rant and then checking the positions available on their books to see what else I am suitable for, there is a possibility of going back to the site I left on friday but then I have to commute for an hour again and have to spend about £2000 a year extra on fuel - bad to good bit

[:'(] Its my car service tomorrow and its going to be about £180 which I cant really afford this close to the wedding but as we are driving up to Scotland for our honeymoon I want to make sure its all working properly before we go - bad bit

? I just did 45 mins of cardio work at the gym and feel fine for it and it was nice being able to get home after being to the gym at the same time as I used to get home if I hadnt been to the gym - good bit

Huge ? to those who need them,
