ISAs/Savings Account Help

Pink Han-bag, 4 March, 2009 at 20:30 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 2

I'm looking for an instant access savings account/ISA and was wondering if anyone knew of any good ones?

I can't afford to lock away any sum of money for a period of time and I can't afford to open it with anything more than about £100.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Han xxx (finally growing up ?)

As i'm already with them i have just opened an isa with natwest which gives you 1.10% every month you dont need to be with natwest to open one and the max to pay in a year is £3,600. Plus i opened it with £1.00.

Halifax were offering an ISA with 4% before I left last week, and they allowed you to make up to 4 withdrawals a year without that affecting the interest rate. The one Natwest are offering is fairly similar.

Thanks, I'll check out the natwest one. The halifax one is min opening balance of £1k (I wish!) and only 3% interest so unfortunately not doable for me
