I've been following the Paleo diet - so anything a caveman could have eaten you can eat! Obviously this means zero wine (of course I cheated when we had to do the wine tasting with the venue!)

But I've also been having personal training sessions for 2 months, I started at 3 sessions a week but have recently upped to 5 sessions a week - its not your usual personal training in that there are lots of weights involved - no cardio! Its by Train with Adby for anyone that lives in the Stockport (South Manchester) region! Highly recommend it!

For anyone that is interested, the dress is Jillian by Sophia Tolli - I will be having the belt on on the day!

Just need to work out how to sit down because everything gets pushed up the minute i sit down and my boobs are near my neck! :')
