Its all starting

Ooo it's all starting.... Venue booked and contract signed.

Found out another wedding party is also their on the same day, just in another area. Also found out they are booking rooms too. So had a nervous few minutes, until my wedding coordinator saved a few rooms for my family.

But made me think, I maybe should send out save the date/ save the evening invites. Not really told anyone yet.... As its not till Nov next year.

So I have now ordered some save the date cards and some save the evening cards. Evening ones are for family members who may assume they are going to be invited to the entire day. As its only a small day event.

Fingers crossed they look ok... As I went for the pay for delivery only ones, off two different sites. We'll nice formal invites will be sent out next year, and I hate wasting money lol

Just had to tell someone!!

Oooh my goodness, now you can start to plan and really imagine your day, how exciting. I think sending save the date / evening cards are a good idea, especially if people may want to book rooms, you might want to mention that on the cards. Keep us all posted as you go along !

Oo good thinking about extra rooms. I may put a little letter in with the them. The invites are those small doubled sided cards.
