Hi Hitchers

I was just wondering what you were doing with regards to Xmas presents for OH & from family.

OH & I have decided not to spend much & to save for the wedding but I'm stuck for inventive ideas for OH & also to ask for from family - they have said they will buy things for the wedding instead of 'normal' xmas presents for us.

I'm sure all you wonderfully creative ladies & gents out there have some lovely ideas for this creatively challenged B2B!!

TIA

Jo xx

My H is away so I can't send anything too expensive to him, and so I've made him a booklet of "love cheques" - all very tongue in cheek. I just knocked them up on powerpoint them printed them and cut them out, securing with a bow once hole punched.

I've also got him a Vista print Tshirt with his favouite saying from a film on there.

As for gifts from the family - is there any decoarations you'd like that could be resued as home decorations afterwards. We've got our married name in wooden letters up in our Kitchen - so you could ask for something like that. You could ask for your wedding jewellery, or some special pre-wedding skincare (my Dad got me the Liz Earle wedding gift box last Xmas for example) and also a Jewellery wrap to take to the hotel/on honeymoon to keep my best bits of jewellery safe.

I also adore these, and had I seen them pre-wedding, would have had them hanging in our reception rooms:
