Am very jealous - at my wit's end with my workplace and am desperately trying to get out (posted about interview earlier in the week) but I've messed up the interview I had on Monday so that will probably be the end of THAT chapter!! ?

Had a really good night, and a very good turn out. H came along later, and it was the first time he had met my team (on the day I am leaving!). I got a lovely card with some really special messages, a fab silver and Amethyst bracelet, some gorgeous flowers and a mauve slouchy bag (I was coveting a nice bag for summer too)

I was a little hung over this morning but made myself go to the gym. Deep joy.

I wish I had negotiated some time off before starting my new post, but getting right in the saddle on Monday won't do any harm. Plus, we have the long weekend to look forward to!

Lol. It was a dress I bought just before my anniversary last November. It's a black silk, floral print tea-dress, with short, puffed sleeves and a sash you can wear as a cumberband, but I tie it at the back. It probably sounds fairly tame but it 's actually quite sexy-has a cut out slash under the neckline-which is round/highish (not "keyhole" but hard to describe) so more exposure than is de riguer for the office! I wore it with sheer black stockings and vertiginous, midnight blue, suede shoe boots (double strapped, cut out section at front) that I got last Autumn but have only worn once before.
