It's our last Christmas together

And us! I cant decide whether thats a bit scary....!! lol

And our first as a married couple! I can remember posting the exact same Zippy last year and then in the new year saying 'I get married THIS year'. It's scary how fast time goes after the event but the run up to it seems to drag in.

This time last year we had just got engaged and none of our family knew yet as we wanted to surprise them on Christmas Day. Now it's our last as an engaged couple!

Ours too! Today marks 99 days to our wedding - into double figures finally! I'm disappointed though, because it was my ohs first Christmas at our family home in Ireland. There are seven of us and it's usually so much fun! But unfortunately, I caught a tummy bug last night and was really sick, so haven't eaten or drunk all day. My mum and dad weren't well either, so we postponed the Christmas meal and I'm so disappointed, because we won't have Christmas here again for another two years! Fingers crossed everyone will feel better tomorrow and we'll have our turkey then. I'm looking on the bright side - at least I don't have to worry about the 5000 calories we're supposed to eat on Christmas day!

I know, i can't believe that this time next year, we would have celebrated our first christmas as Mr and Mrs!!

Our venue was booked in December last year and at that point I just couldn't wait for the new year so that I could say "we're getting married NEXT year" cos at the time it wasn't the next year, it was the year after that we were getting married.

It was our first and last Christmas as an engaged couple!

Likewise, I become a 'mrs' on New Years Eve, to be honest, it feels totally surreal and it doesn't really feel like its my wedding, which is v. strange.

Its my last as well part of me is a little sad but most of me is so excited that this time next year i'll be a MRS.

Ours too - we got engaged last christmas and I seriously can't believe how quickly it's come around!!

It's our last too and I actually bought my first husband card on boxing day. Went in the sales and bought all the Christmas cards for next year (very sad but I object to paying full price!)

And OH had a wedding nightmare the other day. He dreamt he stood up to do his speech and hadn't written anything!! bless

Me too. First & last Christmas as an enaged couple! We had a christmas card that was addressed to Mr & mrs which will be all of them next year, scary but very exciting! My H2B keeps saying things like this time next year you'll be my wife or that we'll have been trying for our won little baby! What a difference a year makes!!
