Firstly, clarkey, your dress is stunning, very pretty indeed!!!

everyones stationary and favours and other bits n pieces are lovely too, im rather jealous as I wish I was getting all arty and crafty! I miss that part a lot actually. Still, I'm sure once Ive found my sewing machine I'll be making lots of country home goodies....and showing them off, LOLOL....

my first job is to make a carrier bag holder........ get some nice cath kidstone fabric...

ours went down an absolute storm also, i can highly recommend m&s cupcakes! we only spent about £120 on them all.

Hiya, your m&s cupcakes look stunning - I must admit I have seen them in the shop and thought ummmmm lovely for a wedding!

How many cupcakes did you have?

Also, did you buy the stand or hire it?

We hired the stand - £30. they dropped it off and picked it up (but one of their team was very local to our venue).

we had 160 cupcakes (4 in a box, £3 a box), which in retrospect was FAR too many - we were having to offload them to the hotel staff and our guests who'd stayed the night.

we'd talked quite a lot to our local M&S (at Bluewater) to make sure they held aside loads of cupcakes for us, and they were very very helpful. they made sure they ordered an extra tray of each flavour of cupcake for us, and what we didn't buy, they just put out on the shop floor.
