I've not posted my weight in a while as I've just been maintaining and gaining since being on hols. I gained 3lbs after getting back from Spain which wasn't too bad then at weigh in last night I'd gained another 1/2 a pound. I started off doing the Extra Easy option but I think I ate too much. I've been finishing off the ice lollys in my freezer so I now have none left and at the weekend I started off well drinking rum but that was too expensive so I went on to pints of Carlsberg ?
I'm really wanting to make an effort this week as this time last year I was 13lbs lighter. I have been on 3 all inclusive holidays since this time last year which hasn't helped. I've dug out an old article from the Reveal Magazine which is their 5 day diet. Its lose 5lbs in 5 days. I've done it before and only lost 3lbs which was fine. That's all I'm wanting to lose this time really and take it from there. Its not one of those really faddy diets they normally have, its full of greens, veg and pasta but you eat little and often. That's something I never do. I will have my breakfast (bran flakes with skimmed milk) a cup of tea when I get to work, then maybe a salad or jacket potato for lunch with cottage cheese, a yogurt and pepsi max then I have my tea about 7pm when I get in which is usually something from a green day.
Has anyone else got any tips for a big weight loss this week?
Also, I was wondering if Pepsi Max, diet pepsi and other diet drinks are that great for weight loss as someone at class gave up drinking diet coke for a week and lost weight. I couldn't even give it up for 3 days ?
Anyway, there's not that much point to this post, I just wanted to let you all know what I've been up to and I'm sick of maintaining and gaining. It seems to be 1lb on, 1lb off. I started SW in 2003 at 13 stone 10 and am now 11 stone (I was 10 stone 1.5lbs last June). I had a 1 year break after getting married in 2005 but put 18lbs back on. My target is 10 stone and has been since I started. I hope to get there one day
