Jade tie hunt please!

Mrs S*, 12 April, 2010 at 16:29 Posted on Planning 0 7

If you see or have seen any Jade coloured ties (or any sort I couldn't careless as i'm sick of looking!) which aren't a silly price please tell me! I think that £25 per tie is silly when I need 7. How much have you paid for ties? Am I being cheap!?

Not at all..... I paid £30 for the waistcoat and cravat, couldn't imagine paying that for just the tie.

I'll keep my eye out for you!

Another option would be making some, do you know anyone who's a dab hand with the sewing machine?

Not sure if i've checked out debenhams, i'll look tomorrow when i'm in town.

Everyone is useless with a sewing machine! How much material would I need for 7 ties? I bought my BM dresses from monsoon, but they keep popping up on ebay so I could get another one to cut up if need be.

£83.93 for 7 ... sounding better that what i've found before! This may be the way forward if I can't find any others cheaper.

Definitely check out Debenhams when you're in town tomorrow - they've got 20% off ties at the moment (or did yesterday) and they have their ties in colour-coded sections which is sooooo useful!
