Jewellery hibs help

Suze, 5 March, 2009 at 20:06 Posted on Planning 0 1

Hi

I have a question about wedding rings. My mum has given me my dad's wedding ring for h2b. The ring however is too small for h2b, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to expand old wedding rings?

Thanks

I am sure they can. How much bigger would it need to go?

My husband needed his made bigger - if it's just a little the shop act actually stretch it a bit, but otherwise they just have to add more gold to it. He needed more gold!

Yes that should be easily done at a jeweller who knows what they are doing. I would take it to a local jeweller opposed to a chain as most of them do their repairs and alterations on sight (less likely to lose things!) and give more attention to detail.
