I'd stick to a round necklace or a very small drop pendant as your dress doesn't have much of a dip in the sweetheart neckline and because of the detailing on your dress I'd go for something quite understated.

Here are a couple of suggestions from me although most of my work is bespoke so I can design something different to suit you.

Where you see pearls these can be replaced with other materials so you can adapt the designs and even pick the elements you like from different designs and see if they can all be combined to create the perfect piece.

You could even go for a statement bracelet and keep the necklace and earrings really delicate. This would compliment your tiara well and the pearls can be replaced with crystals

I love your tiara. I have some pearl and Swarovski crystal necklaces which would co-ordinate well. These can be made with either cream or white pearls.
