Jewellery HIBS....can you help?

I'm trying to source a vintage style element to go on a sash for my wedding sash/belt.

I'm not going to get one form the Wedding Dress shop anymore, as £100 for it is ridiculous

Something like this

But a brooch, not a comb. wow massive pics, sorry.

It would need to be at least 7 cms wide, and everything I find it to small!

I'm planning to put it on some ivory grosgrain ribbon.

I just wondered if you had seen anything similar as I know many of you get similar things for you tiaras etc

Any help would be appreciated!

Mmm You tend to find that most brooches are around 5cm max. Most of the ones I have are round.

I've found this one but its not exactly the shape you need - its 5.5cm. Could you pin two together so the long bit at the end go next to each other, on top of each other? Does that make sense? I've tried to piece the two together!
