Not been to the bridal boutique but have been to a number of Jimmy concessions/stores in London and always found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful.

I guess it depends if you are used to going in similar types of stores where staff are actually attentive and helpful for a change compared to most high street stores where you are lucky to get any service without going to ask for it so in that respect it could come across as pushey (but I think they just trying to be helpful)

If you feel they are being snobby just remember they are working in a shop (probably on minimum wage) so have no excuse to be looking down their nose at you, smile sweetly laugh to yourself and tell them to go fetch you some shoes!

I've not been to the Bridal boutique, but I have been to the Jimmy Choo on Bond Street just to buy shoes, and the staff couldn't have been nicer with no pressure. Absolutely lovely in there.

I have also been to Louboutin near Knightsbridge and the one in Mayfair and they were revoltingly rude. Beautiful shoes, but mean and moody assistants. I even (stupidly) purchased something, wish I had bought them online instead - would have had a better experience.

Gina shoes on Bond Street and at Sloane Square have always been nice in the past too.
