My wedding is just under 6 weeks and my final fitting and to collect my dress is on June 1st! - EXCITED!!
Being an IBS sufferer and having a few stressful moments recently I was giving into chocolate / sweets and not finding time to fit in a diet or SW or WW meetings etc etc - you know how it is!
I started Juice Plus - 2 shakes a day, a main meal, a couple of snacks and 4 capsules a day - all pure fruit and veg! - I set a 4 week challenge for me and my H2B to follow and we toned up lost weight and my skin and IBS improved sooooooo much! - Also my cravings went so i could say no to treats easier and I didnt feel like i was doing some strict diet where i couldnt eat anything... all my meals were varied fresh tasty and filling!
I feel so ready for the wedding - happy, healthy and a nice shape! yay!
Exercise was involved as well but nothing that requires ridicuolous amounts of time when you have to fit it in around work or family life etc!
Anyway - everyone has there own ideas of what they want to achieve etc but this was AMAZING for me and my fiancee!
