I need to sort out my shoes, jewellery, the BM's outfits and jewellery, the suits, the favours and the songlist for the DJ that's doing the evening entertainment. Plus a hundred other little things that I can't think of right now.

Er.......you travelling back in time for your wedding???????????

Yeah doing well.

booked- venue, registar, brought decs, brought dress, booked dj, photographer and videographer, brought gift bags for bridesmaids and ushers this week, have brought one bridesmaid dress- and when that arrives next week- am seeing how that fits and looks and if i like then i will buy 2 more for my other 2 bms.

still to do- my uncle who is a printer is doing my invites- need to decide what i want- but not doing this until after xmas, suit hire for my oh, buy wedding rings- after xmas, book honeymoon- know where we are going- just need to go into travel agents- prob do this on week off after xmas, meeting with florist around march, dress fitting in january. make up is being done by a friend- so need to work this out, n sort hair out- need to book some trials

getting there lol. not much i can do now until after xmas!

Things I have done so far:

Ordered my dress, ordered BM's dresses, got my shoes, bought favour boxes, invite list, seating plan, booked venue, booked photographer, booked DJ, booked make-up lady (my mum's cousin is a beautician), ordered chair covers and balloons for the tables, decided which invitations we want.

Things I haven't done yet:

My jewellery, BM's jewellery, BM's shoes, confectionary to go in favour boxes (thinking of blue/green sweets like smarties, jelly beans or jelly babies to match our colour scheme, so waiting until nearer the day so they don't go off!), hired OH's suit, arranged flowers, booked hairdresser, decide on songs for the DJ, wedding breakfast menu choices, finally order invitations!

So still loads of things to do, now I've written it all out, I'm panicking slightly, whoops!! Being constantly told by my mum to not do everything just yet, and to wait until after Xmas so we can really get going!!! Anyone else as unorganised as me, lol??

So far....

bridesmaid dresses (ordering next week), cake (again sorting next week), mens suits, favours, table plan, hair and make up, deciding on menu with venue, details of service, song choices (first dance etc), hen do (leaving for the 'maids!), first night hotel, sweets for sweet bar

i have also been advised to leave the panicking untill after xmas! then i am sure it'll b here before i know it! eeek! *excited*

I seem to go in spurts! I booked loads of stuff when we first got engaged in July, then had a break...now I'm panicing again and stressing about stuff!

Booked: Venue, photographer, flowers, table decorations+sweet bar+general room decorations, my dress, magician, started on invites and favours, choosen suits+bridesmaids dresses, booked honeymoon and hen weekend today! Hair+Makeup lady

To Do: About 101 small things! Jewelery, shoes, cake (need to speak to lady) dj (booked through venue but need to discuss songs etc) rings (I keep forgetting about these!)...sure there is more, lots of things here and there really!

Hi ladies, you all seem so organised.

So far, I have the following dress, church, venue, tog, cars, cake, flowers, invitations, wedding band and chair covers.

Still to do - rings, bm dresses, grooms and ushers atire, flowergirls stuff, shoes, Jewlrey, favors, gifts for BM's and ushers etc, table plan and about a million other little things. I feel like taking a break off now until January. Im sending out invites Feb and RSVP'ing by 10th June,

When I say wedding band I meant the band for our entertainment lol.

I have church, venue, band, photographer, video man, suits, my dress, honeymoon...gettin bridesmaid dresses ordered tomorrow nite, and have invitation & cake appointments lined up for next week. Have wedding ring picked out & will go & order them before christmas...trying to get deposits put down on everything before christmas - ie beofre 30% vat increase in January! Ive got loads done this month, got my dress ordered at start of month and everything has been snowballing since....cant believe ive less than a year to go, we'll be engaged 2 years this christmas eve.....I love all this planning & organising!
