It seems ages away and I have hit a bit of a lull! We have most big things booked. Not got a dress yet but going next weekend with my mum. How are u doing with ur planning? I was shocked how quick things get booked up!

I've tried one on I fell in love with but it's a bit pricer than I wanted so taking mum to see it next weekend as it's very different to my usual style so will get her opinion. It's a Sophie tolli dress. Have you got a flash of yours?

what kind of ceremony are you having? Ours is a civil service in a stately house then a marquee after.

Im struggling to find nice invites at the moment. We have our save the dates but we're thinking of sending them out in July. Are you sending any?

Don't have any pics of me in it but it's very fitted that's what's throwing me. The shop I tried it on it was selling it for £1,750 but I have found another stockist for £1,400 which is still more than I wanted to pay but I do really love it! I know I have loads of time but don't know if I will see anything else that made me feel the way I do in that!

I'm getting married 8 th august 2015 booked registry office reception venue and caterers ..I'm getting the bridesmaid dresses next month ...still lots to do but I'm sooo excited x

Ooh I'm getting married on the 4th July 2015 too! Crockwell Farm in Northamptonshire. So venue and caterers booked, stationery designed and ready to be printed (DIY), cake ordered, chair hire booked, band and florist quotes are in but not booked yet. I feel very calm and relaxed about the organised/planning side of it and totally freaked out at the money - currently about £5k over budget based on what we can realistically afford to save and what the wedding I have planned is realistically going to cost! OH thinks it will sort itself out nearer the time so just go with the flow so expect to be freaking out a lot more next year and cutting guest list down to save money!

Our theme is black and red. My BM's will be in black with red flowers, OH in a black suit with red tie then me in ivory with red shoes and flowers. Were having a mobile casino so it's to go with the whole roulette theme.

I haven't gone dress shopping yet. I feel a bit anxious about it because I'm only 5ft I think they are all going to swamp me and be too long to tell if it will look good when altered. I'm just putting it off for a while.

the colour scheme is pastel colours with lots of hessian/burlap and lace. Got my jars free from freecycle so it's not cost very much so far. Still can't afford a honeymoon though so just going to book a few days after the wedding in a cabin in the middle of nowhere I think.

But our provisional booking expires on Sunday so we either pay a deposit on Saturday or loose the date. Going to try and haggle a bit on their package.

I'm willing to try lots on and I don't mind heels... I stupidly wore killer heels all day today ... regrettably! Lol.

It's just not seeing the 'true' picture that I'm worried about.

Wedding will be back at my parents house in Hampshire.

We're actually going to send out our save the dates soon. I know that it is crazily early but lots of family are asking and we though that either we start telling everyone in person or by e-mail or send save the dates out.

Hello ladies! I'm getting married 26th July 2015 ? I was feeling v relaxed about it all but went to a wedding fair yesterday and now feeling VERY stressed, I have virtually nothing planned/booked other than the venue! How far in advance should I start booking things?! Wedding dress shopping looks particularly scary, has everyone been to proper boutiques or have you tried any high street stuff? Would really rather spend the money on the honeymoon...but designer dresses are so pretty, gah!

I've booked chruch,venue, photographer and wedding car! I think by tonight we will have decided on honeymoon which fingers crossed I shall book this week. Other than that I haven't thought about anything else as yet as I kept getting bamboozled looking at dresses! It's like a white world of fluffiness!

We get married 18th july and the time seems to be flying by. Think I have nearly everything booked just bridesmaids dresses and mens suits to finish sorting but I'm quite pleased with myself as I'm normally quite last minute. Just wondering about honeymoon now. We are family a family holiday in the august but moms gonna have little one for a few nights the week after. We are looking at centre oarcs but keeping options open. What are u all doing nice?

think we are going to go on a 14 night cruise round the med, my H2B could not just lay on a beach and is a bit of a culture vulture/history buff so sightseeing is ideal! Can't wait to get it booked! What are others doing?

Oh warm and plenty of wine sounds lush! Nope never been on one but my parents have and some of our friends and they say it's amazing! So fingers crossed!

i have just received a sample invite today so now very excited I love them but going to try and make my own (with the help from my wonderful creative SIL) it's all coming together ladies!! X

Thanks for your advice, decided I'm definitely getting myself in gear for wedding dress hunting ASAP! I thought I'd be able to leave it til next January...wow how naive was I?! Fortunately the photographer is another thing that's done, one of my friends does wedding photography so that's one more thing ticked off the list

We are getting married 18th July 2015 we are sending Save the Dtae cards in July as we keep being asked whens the date again then we will be sending invitations ous in January to hopefully have all replies back by May

Does anyone come from the Bournemouth area? We are thinkin about going on honeymoon here now the week after the wedding so 20th-25th July and just wanted to know what its like and if there is plenty to do?

Ah yeah, we were thinking of sending save the dates too, only thing is our invitations are working out really pricey and if we do that as well it's all extra cost. We get married 4th July 2015 so I'm thinking it's way too early to send out invitations! Might have to have a look around for save the dates, I was watching a video online of how to make them yourself and they looked really impressive!
