I'm a June Bride HI THERE Xxx

I'm getting married on the 9th June this year too!

There was a post for 2012 brides but may have to search as it has dropped down the list of threads.

Congratulations, I am 9th June bride too ?

Ooo lovely how far have you all got with the arranging/organising?? xx

I had 18 months to plan so only have to do the following:

Mens suits

menu tasting

Gifts for BM

and little bits like table plan, OOD, menu's,

I have looooads to do!

Bridesmaid n flower girl dresses

Mens suit hire

Transport

Invitations

Bunting

Centre pieces

Favours

Dj

Oh and my dress!!!!!!!!! But going up to Liverpool in feb to bridal basement to hopefully find my dress!!

Youll get there in the end. Before 2012 we'd only had the church reception and photographer booked. So a but like u in a mad panic! Good luck, you'll find this forum soooo helpful xx

Just realised that list isn't even half the stuff we have left to do.... I keep forgetting bits! Need to make some lists.... :-s

We Got engaged in September and get married June 15th

we have the suits to order & the present for my dad & the best man.

oh and we have to give notice but not doing that until April. x

@MrsCoombs2be - can i ask your reasons for suit hire? I cant decide whether to hire or buy (tbh i just want the cheapest option, but if there is not a huge difference then i wud rather h2b to own a nicer suit) xx

@lurvlyloz - to give notice? is this something to do with a civil? We are having a civil but booking tomorrow and not too sure how it works xx

I'm also new and a June Bride! 23rd for me.

I've got most of the big things organised, booked our honeymoon two days ago which I'm mega excited about! Just got rings, transport & suit hire to sort now

Well i am impressed that within a week i have managed to sort and book venue, registra, honeymoon, photographer and i think hopefully the dress too. My best freinds mum is a florist so seeing her in a few wks to sort that part out... yaaay

Hello, I too am a June bride 28th June. Good luck and enjoy all the planning. It is probably best planned in less time as you just can get straight on with it as the longer you have then there is gaps where you can't do stuff as it is too soon. Enjoy and congrats x

- organise alterations

- buy wedding ring
