June 2013 weddings

Hey,

So far we've booked the church, venue, harpist, photographer, videographer, band, florist, and got the suits, dress and BM dresses chosen, and the rings.

I feel at a lull at the moment. I think really everything has to wait until after xmas now. My invites are well under way now as my mum is making those. I have started writing out my placecards as my calligraphy lessons have paid off and I am quite excited about them!! Just bought little BM dresses as in BHS sale. Big BM have to wait abit as my sis just had her baby boy (he's so squishy) so want to wait til she feel more her normal size. Suit hire can't be done til January. Rings, need to look into rings. H2B has just agreed to have a ring (whoop! feel I have achieved something there!) So we could sort that out soon. Gosh I am running on! So I think, the list would be

Rings
Adult BM
Tiara
Makeup artist
Presents for the Grooms men
Order passport in Married name
Order Chocolates for favours (having cadbury dairy milk minitures)
Shoes
Underwear
Table plan

Then from March the balances will start to dissappear from my bank ?

cake lady maker coming back to us with a quote soon but she has our date i her diary at the moment so fingers crossed...

i didnt. i will pop over and have a look at that. I did a search trying to find a thread like it but it kept coming up with "error"! so then i gave up! thank you ?

Wow, I knew we have lots still to organise but after seeing your 'done' lists I'm starting to panic!! ...and there was me feeling proud that we've got registrar + venue confirmed/booked!

Think i'll be busy for weeks ;-)

I should add that my wedding is the 1st of June so I suppose some of you could have another 4/5 weeks on my date!! I knew what I wanted and wasn't prepared to be disappointed so I did book the big things way way in advance!

Haha. but as you can see i feel like I'm not doing anything when I think I should be because most of it seems done!

Sooo, have pulled finger out (as promised!) and can now tick off photographer from to-do list and have booked appointments to view/try some dresses....appointments not for a couple of weeks but at least they're booked lol!

We've still got to get the Men's suits, Flowergirls dresses, Table centres, DJ, my shoes, BM accessories

Also got do make the invites/ menus etc...

Most major things are done though, just little details that woll have to be done nearer time. Oh and I need to get my dress taken up, well done for reminding me!!

Shopping for adult bridesmaids next wednesday.....excited about that.....have managed to persuade OH to have a wedding ring so we hope to sort that out soon. Got my little bridesmaid dresses from BHS in the sale so thats another job ticked........if only I actually had a list to tick......a list is top of my list!!!! ?
