I'm July next year ? - what date are you? I know quite a few ladies who are getting hitched on the 7th June 2014! How are your plans coming together?

Hi, our wedding is on 21st June next year. We've not got too much booked or organised yet but I'm enjoying it! How are you getting on?

? 7th June here, very excited. We booked our reception venue this week, yay! Have you booked anything yet HollieBerry? Next on my list is the photographer.

I'm having my wedding on 7th June also!

June - September are the best months to get married, all the flowers are blossoming, you will get such gorgeous shots for your weddings.

Personally I love it just when the sun starts to set, especially if you are anywhere near a lake :-)

We are getting married 28th June at The Dome in Edinburgh, http://www.thedomeedinburgh.com/ I can't wait! Feels like ages away but I suppose in reality there's a lot to do before then so it'll fly round!

We're having the whole day there, it's all booked as is our photographer, he's fabulous! Next on the list is a band which i'm struggling with a little bit, we've not the greatest choice in Scotland!

Going wedding dress shopping tomorrow!

8th of June here... Booked reception venue! Just need to book church now which is proving difficult if I've not done it by 8th of June this year I'll be booking a registrar and just having everything at reception venue...

the search is also on for a photographer! Would prefer one who as previously worked at weddings held at my chosen venue.

14th June here!

So far we have booked the reception venue & photographer. We have contacted the church and are just waiting to go and meet the vicar.

I have been putting off organising too much as I don't want to change my mind at a later date, but we have nearly been engaged a year! The time has flown by, so I am starting to panic slightly that we should get back into arranging all the little things so they don't build up later!

I was supposed to be looking at dresses today but I got a cold and didn't think I would enjoy trying dresses on while bunged up and coughing every 2 seconds!

I'm one of the many brides getting married on 7th June, 2014.

I've booked my ceremony/reception venue - Swell Café, at Robin Hood's Bay, a TOG and accommodation for my immediate family ;-)

I am getting nervous now, you all seem a lot more organised than me! Nice to have some fellow 7th Juners - we picked it to avoid all risk of the wedding clashing with an England World Cup game. How annoying would that be? ?

I've just had to change my wedding venue ☹️

Unfortunately, even though we are allowed 100 guests at night (in total), they can only provide seating for 38... we did try & cut down our numbers but it was just proving too difficult!

However we are just back from Edinburgh & have booked The George hotel for the whole day in the King's Hall, it's a beautiful room & we can invite as many as we want!

I also purchased my wedding dress yesterday!! So exciting everything seems to be coming together! Still feels like a lifetime awat though!

We're getting married on 21st June 2014. We got engaged 18 months ago so I've had lots of time to think about what I want.

We booked the venue in June 2012 as it really does get booked up fast, and then booked the photographer and car not long after to ensure we got what we wanted. I was at our venue last weekend when there was a wedding on and fell in love with the decorations, so booked the same company this week. I struggled though, as they are starting to get booked up for next year and already have 3 weddings on the day we get married and had to outsource some of the decorations. Bridesmaid dresses were bought in the January sales this year, it was a purely by chance I saw them while shopping with my bm's.

We know everything else we want like suits, honeymoon, favours etc but haven't got these yet.

Wedding dress shopping is next weekend. I can't wait, but feel aprehensive at the same time as I want to loose 2 stone between now and the big day.

Hey fellow June Brides. Also my first post, big day is 14th of June and it sounds to me like I'm the least organised! Church booked but due to various reasons (family input ?) my numbers are increasing almost daily. Hence, reception venue hunt has had to begin again to accommodate the ever increasing guest list. Some of the 'help' being offered is starting to grate already and I'm still over a year out!!! Sorry the first play's turned into a moan. Congrats to my fellow June Brides. I have ceremony, reception, photographer and DJ booked so feeling pretty organised. Not much more to do really as we're not having bridesmaids, groomsmen, flowers, cake or decorations. So I just need to book some transport (still dithering about Routemaster vs fleet of taxis), book a hotel, choose invitations/music/food, buy dress & suit.

We are getting married the 3rd of June 2014 in Vegas! Having a wedding party for friends and family when we get back. So far we have booked our ceremony and just in the middle of booking our wedding party venue for when we get back. I have picked my wedding dress, still trying to convince Mr Erin to think about and even try on a suit! We have picked our rings and the jeweller is going to start making them in July.

We're getting married on the 20th June! We've booked the venue but that's it so far... think the photographer is next on my list. I'm deciding between about 10 different photographers and I keep seeing more websites- I'm drowning! How did you choose your favourite?

Time certainly does seem to be dragging!

I seem to be at a bit of a lull in my planning at the moment, just doing little DIY bits and bobs to keep myself feeling weddingy ;-)

Bought myself a second pair of shoes this week, oooops, at this rate I'll have about ten pairs by the time the day rolls around, lol.
