It looks like a child's playhouse.

My favourite part of the description is:

"*The property is too small to accommodate more that one person.*
Not suitable for pets or sharers.
There is no washing machine and no room for one."

i.e. you can't have friends round ever unless they sit on the loo and talk to you through the bathroom wall.

I've seen bigger caravans than that.

I think for that price you could rent a 3 bedroomed house round here.

My caravan is bigger than the 'house' and its a tourer ?

Not sure about a 3 bedroom house where I am, but £400 + would get you a lovely 1 or 2 bed flat.

And possibly without heating. Does the landlord give you money to leave the de humidifier on all day?

We rent our 2 bed cottage for less.

I love the way they flag up that it's 'detached' ?

Yes, I love the 'detached' status! ? I think you could buy or build a similar structure if you really needed the studio space. How bonkers. Our kids would love it, though. Do you think a play washing machine would fit? ?

Our bedroom's bigger than that whole place! and for an extra £75 a month, we get all the rest of the house ?

Yikes, that's such a rip off! I wonder if there really is a market for this type of "property"?

That is a really strange house, I also loved the description.

We didn't see a house that small when looking, but we did see one that seemed to have taken the all the colours of the rainbow song literally. In one room I remember there being black, yellow, red, purple, blue, orange, green, pink and turquoise. It was very odd.

I used to live in Finchampstead, about 10 years ago. It was a very expensive area at the time...
