As the title says just started at slimming world and lost 5lb ?
I think I found the diet for me, as though I was bad and had a chinese (but only half of what i would normally) I still managed to lose yeah me. Its so much easier then weightwatchers as there is no real counting and once you get the hang of it there is no constant couting and limiting of most food. If you eat the right stuff you can eat and eat and still lose weight so I'm happy ?
