I am currently a size 16 and like a high percentage of brides I'm all 'I will drop 100lbs' but I still want to go and have a wee look at it on!

Saying that, when I phoned the bridal shop I had a krispy kreme in my mouth and had just destroyed a packet of Doritos so methinks I have a little bit to go

Hi. Yep, I have it! It's not in yet - hopefully will be in the shop for me to be fitted in January.

Mine has been ordered in a size 16 due to my busters. Will probably have to be taken in a bit at the waist I imagine.

I can't wait to try it on again. Excellent taste! ;-)

I'm a 16, small waist with massive boobs so I know I'll be sizing at least an 18/20 but it's grand. The sample I'm trying on is a 14 but fingers crossed it'll give me an indication if I suit it or not....

It should do. I tried on a sample 14 and it gave me quite a good idea. I normally have to buy dresses in a 16 and this is the size they ordered after they measured me so I think they actually come up quite true to size.

Are you going for the ivory or the coffee do you think? I've gone for the coffee as I love how it makes the detail stand out.

I think it suits most sizes (although I wish I was as petite as Skybright!), I would imagine it's only sort of important to have relatively slender ankles as they'll be on show? This is pure guesswork though!

I love the thought of the coffee colour, and all the pictures of real life brides I've googled I definitely prefer it over the ivory. The sample I'm trying it on is ivory though, so I'll see how it goes.

My problem areas are my belly and my hips and I have been blessed without cankles so sounds like it'll be fine

I'll try and get a wee picture on Thursday if I can!

Nubbin it is a beautiful dress,i loved wearing it. It looks so much more detailed and sparkly in real life. I am also in Scotland and ended up having to order without trying or seeing it in real life . Enjoy.

Forgot to add,it makes your boobs look great and is very flattering in the belly/hip area so i bet you will look amazing.
