Keeping Track of RSVP

meandmrjones2014, 31 October, 2013 at 12:12 Posted on Planning 0 3

Has anyone got any ideas or a template they can share to give some ideas of how to keep track of RSVPs? Was thinking of like a table or something with Invite sent, RSVP Received, yes/no, gift received, thank you note sent??

There is a tracker on here, alternatively, i did a spreadsheet as we had meal choices for each guest so put everyone i'd invited in, deleted any 'no's as they came in, and filled in the rest as and when, chased up anyone that was still in the spreadsheet with no details. seemed to work pretty well

We did our guest list in excel anyway so just built the tracker off that. You can add columns for whatever you need then, accpeted/declined, menu choice, (we also tracked accomodation and whether they needed transport, plus a song choice).

My guest list is all on excel and when people RSVP via my website I get an email telling me they did.

    I'll then update my spreadsheet.
