I haven't got JR on, but saw her in another interview and thought she sounded like the Wicked Witch from the Vicky and the Witch Orange Wednesday adverts.

I think JR had to work hard with that interview- she didn't say much, did she?

Not sure what the hell was going on with the song though, she sounded crap in the verse and good on the chorus. Surely a artiste like her wouldnt be miming?? ?

I didn't see all of it and pootled off to bed not long after she came on. What was her description on what Poker Face is about? Will have to google but if anyone is around who watched it would be great to read her description.

The piece of plastic on her head looked like she had unwrapped some Quality Street, taken out the foil but left the plastic wrapping, flattened it out, stuck it together, threw it in the air and didn't realise it had landed on her head. Very bizarre.

She was singing to a backing track which is why the chorus sounded good, you could hear her trying to warble over it during those bits. She was shocking though, both interview wise and singing wise. Trying too hard to be kooky just makes you come off like a chud, I bet she'll cringe in 10 years time at just how much of an arse she is at the moment.

Oh, and Poker Face is shit, why did people buy it? Let's face it, a song has to be bad if I don't like it ?

Totally WHHS. She was trying so hard to come across as 'I'm maaaad, me' and her little eyes lit up when JR said she was a bit strange. (Well, as much as they could light up, with being weighed down by that fringe / fake lash combo.)
