We're getting married abroad and leave in less than 2 weeks...this morning we had a call from someone who originally said that they wouldn't be able to come to say that they had just booked their flight!!
We're pleased that they're now able to come, but it's sent me into a bit of a tail spin about making plans for an extra person to attend...
1. I've emailed the planner to say that we will need an extra chair for the ceremony and an extra space at the table.
2. The caterer has been told that the food needs to stretch to one extra person.
3. I have personalised favours from etsy but luckily I ordered an additional one for my Great Aunt who can't come to the wedding, so our new guest can have that one and I'll order a new one for my Aunt.
4. We are having engraved pebbles as the place settings - I have emailed the supplier to see if we can get another one at short notice.
5. I need to email the owner of the villas that we're staying in to say that we need to use one more room.
6. I am making personalised travel bags for everyone with bits and pieces inside which I will need to make one more of - I can buy the additional stuff today.
I had originally wanted all of our guests to wear matching buttonholes/corsages but as I ordered these from an etsy seller in America I don't think that I'll be able to get a new made and delivered at such short notice, although I might see if any suppliers over here can squeeze in a quick very small order for us.
Am I missing anything obvious??
