Left over brie recipes. We're crackerless

We're off on hols tomw so clearing out the fridge tonight. We have very little left except a good chunk of nice brie. How can I make that into a proper dinner?

Or shall I just order a curry instead?

    Thanks for the replies. Mr Flaf has just emailed and said he's been out for a huge lunch, so he can eat the brie on his own, and I'll get myself something from the Chinese takeway instead. Not that I'm sulking, oh now. Slat and pepper squid for me....
